Fashion Trends For 2010

At the beginning of a new decade it's hard not to get excited about the new fashions that are going to come along. Ten years ago, who could have imagined the changes we've seen on the fashion front?
Trends can change dramatically over just two or three years, so it's best for us to concentrate on what's most likely to be coming up next.
I'd like to take a look at what's in vogue for the 2010 seasons. I'm going to focus on women's shoes because I'm passionate about them. They're definitely what I like writing about the most. They're what I like wearing the most, too!
My cupboard's just bulging with shoes. Here are a few of my current favorites.
Right now, any Christian Louboutin creation is 'in'. I especially like the reptile leather designs. These are a little flashy but have plenty of personality and make a big impact in the best possible way.
The Roberto Cavalli ankle lace is a fun style in boots. Laced around the ankle, these glossy black leather boots have quite a high heel. They're more versatile than you might think, as they can be worn with various styles of outfit.
Thigh-high boots with heels have recently emerged on the scene. These are not the easiest things to wear but they create an amazing look for anyone who can carry it off.
Lastly, Hunter rain boots have made a big comeback. A nice pair of Hunter Wellies is a practical and stylish alternative to the sneakers most of us tend to wear in wet weather.
They're also very comfortable, which means they're my personal favorite on rainy days.
